I had my hotel reservation a few months ago. Don't know how I am getting there yet (train, bus or car), but I will be at my second show.

Good to hear it! Looking forward to seeing the usual people and meeting some new ones. Roybn64, myself and my wife will be looking for all you guys. We need some VDF shirts so we know who to look for, you know like the DFO guys have, but VDF. Is there a way to have a shirt designed and be able to have that design emailed to a local place for printing?
Thank you!

That would be a fun idea Jeff. We just need someone here with lots of extra time to take a pre order and do it up. Maybe even taking a couple extra bucks going to VDF. I'd buy one!
Ok, I posted these up awhile back, but it really didn't get much attention. If you guys want a tee-shirt with VDF on it, grab this artwork I created (you have my permission,) and make a disc copy of it in jpeg format. Take the disc to any 'tee-shirt guy' at the mall and have them print one shirt for you.
You don't have to depend on anybody else. Make your own shirt! There are transfer papers that you can buy that allows you to iron-on any image you print on the paper.
I made two versions; one for black on white and the other for white on black. Use them if you want to. Like I said, it'll allow you to print up your own VDF tee-shirt.
This is an unauthorized logo. Dave hasn't seen or approved anything. This is just something I whipped up so you guys can identify each other more easily.
Enjoy. I hope you decide to use them.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
John, that is exactly what Im talking about, everyone that wishes to have a shirt simply take the artwork file to a shirt shop and make a shirt. I think the the design is neat and can be identified from a distance. I am in and would hope that others will do the same. Its the best way for members to identify each other at the show. I remember you showing that last year, had forgotten all about it.
We should all just agree on the color though just to make it easier to spot.
Thank you!

I was planning on making a bright tie dye t-shirt with the v like the icon on my desk top. Thought youd all see me better.
