once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Just tell it to Ebay so they have your side of the story documented with them...no big deal, we all make an error here and there.

I feel your pain... you wouldn't believe what I went through over selling a pair of used kids indoor soccer shoes.
Serenity now... serenity now... serenity now.

Gary, thats too bad, sorry you have to deal with this jerk. I have bought drums off ebay but selling is a whole other world and I dont want to go there. I guess thats why my house is filling up with drums,ha ha.

Geez. Next time you want to sell a Slingy snare for $20, give me a call. If you inadvertantly ship it to the wrong address, I'll still feel like I got a killer deal.
Since no one has to do anything face to face anymore, it is so easy to spout off like a jerk and not feel any ramifications. Everybody is a tough guy now. Seems like extending grace is a lost art these days. It is so sad. My modus operandi is to never type something to somone that you wouldn't be willing to say face to face. That goes for posting on this or any other forum as well for me.

We sellers are criminals,in the eyes of Ebay.I stopped selling long ago.The threats that buyers have over sellers in way off kilter. And God forbid if the buyer gives you a negative or neutral out of spite.. Good Luck!!!! Vati

Once I had an ebay trade that went like that. I got the wrong drum. Someone else got my drum. We shipped to each other instead of back to the seller. He reimbursed. I dont understand why some people have to be idiots. Your problem seemed rather easy to sort out. Why did the guy have to make it into a big deal.

Well said, tnsquint! There are definitely a lot of "tough guys" sitting behind their computers these days...and I agree...if you can't or wouldn't say it to someone's face then you should not type it!
