Sweet kit, Jeff...and great resto job! My '58 Luddy kit is a rewrap...and I like it. It feels like it's the best of both worlds...cool vintage drums with brand new wrap. I personally love the consolette rail mounts with the spade and diamond plate on the tom...looks so damn cool and functions just fine. Is that the same setup you would have on your Slingy?
The base drum came from a member here on the forum. It had been drilled for a Pearl mount with the two big holes but also had four small holes spaced as though the original mount was a rail type. The Tom had holes indicating a diamond plate type of mount. So, yes it should have the same as yours but I will keep the bass drum virgin. Thanks for the compliment.
