There was a forum poster named onemat who had had a set white cortex Ludwigs that belonged to Barrett Deems and he traded them away.

He was kicking himself then and probably still is.

Those are nice... that blue olive badge just jumps off the finish.

Finished these today! It took me around 50 hrs to get these all cleaned up. My hands are pretty sore from all the polishing, but I am very pleased with how they turned out.

Nice ! I have never been a fan of the solid white or black but those look really nice. Definately like the white more than the black. Solid looking kit.

Thanks everyone! I never was a fan of solid white drums myself. However, after spending many hours rubbing on these, I have changed my mind. IMO, placing the white inlays back on the bass drum hoops did it for me. Cool Dude
