Rogers XP8 for great price, or is it? Last viewed: 5 minutes ago

It just amazes me that these wonderfully built, amazing sounding drums sell for ridiculously low prices. I just bought this four piece XP8 kit for $329 at Guitar Center. I'm ecstatic about this purchase, but I also know that this is the going price therefore this kit cannot be turned around for profit. It is such a weird thing isn't it? I feel like I just scored a DW kit for $329. And that feeling will remain until I decide to sell it at which time I realize that I paid exactly what it is worth. Such cool drums though. I love this wrap color too.

Nice score, you got those for the low end of memriloc 5 ply kits go for.I believe the xp-8's go for more than the memriloc ringed shell kits.

I'm gonna + 1 with amosguy.. My favorite color is blue, and that blue mist wrap screams late 70's early 80's, which was the crucial time in my drum learning endeavor. Great deal ! I can't remember her name at the moment, but the drummer for 80's pop band the Go-Go's had an XP8 kit.

So i think it could be considered a very well built drum kit, but obviously doesn't hold it's ground against it's 60's and early 70's predecessors..
