They're Here!!! Walberg & Auge!!! Last viewed: 6 hours ago

Just received the three piece Walberg & Auge drumset in some really cool oyster blue pearl type of wrap. They are in amazing shape. Original heads (which of course need to be changed) original hardware, even the original drum key. Thank God for the drum key because the tension rods are large with six sides. The only issue is that the muffler for the floor tom does not go under the skin when loosened. It stays in the same position so i will have to fix that. All three drums are date stamped and signed. One is December 1966, and the other two are 1967. The shells do not have re-enforcement rings so I am assuming that they are the 6 ply Jasper shells. I wanted to send a special thank you to Mark (idrum4fun) for the great deal on the Rogers Powertone that matches this kit.

Absolutely spectacular! That wrap looks to be as gorgeous as it appeared in the "for sale" pics. Congrats man.

They look GREAT! The color looks fantastic! The floor tom is the 14x16, correct? I'm very happy that my COB Powertone went to complete your kit. Really looks perfect with them. Enjoy your "new" W&A kit!

Someone here mentioned that they appear to have Ludwig's Oyster Blue Pearl wrap. I just don't see it. My drums seem a bit faded, but the pattern does not seem the same.

You are correct about the floor tom size being 14x16. The shells were signed about 8 months apart so it makes me wonder if they were all originally from the same kit, or if he just really took his time making these.

The only new kit I've seen at the local music store that I liked was a DW kit, and only because of this wrap they had on em [pic]

[sorry to stink up your thread with a new kit lol]
