Hi, I recently bought a Ludwig snare and it came with these bits and pieces. I was wondering if anybody could identify any of this stuff? Here are some photos. Say what you see. If you see it, say it! Note the Slingerland Gene Krupa Model Sticks in very good condition. I'm guessing the Slingy sticks are 1940's? 50's?

Thank Mike. They came with a Ludwig Universal Model 14 x 4 snare with original calf skin heads intact plus wire in good condition. The strainer is fixed onto the shell and again on the top hoop. I don't know a lot about it to be honest.
I think I see a snare stand with an option of flat or splayed legs and it has the same decorative claw on it as the T-rod next to the top half.
You gotta put that thing together and take a pic for us.

-MARVEL brand snare drum stand basket
-bass drum pedal & floor board assembly
-two cymbal holders (perhaps for a trap table?) & some type of hook clips? for hanging triangle or other traps?
-bottom tripod of MARVEL brand snare drum stand
-rubber coated snare drum brush, tympani stick, lambs wool BD beater rod, felt wrapped wood BD beater rod, various drum sticks appearing to include 3 probably 1920s/30s vintage Ludwig (blue sticks).
-The snare drum sports a Ludwig calf logo head and the overall appearance of 1920s vintage Ludwig snare in its original configuration - hoop clips & snare strainer/throw mounted to the top batter hoop.

Thanks for the very helpful and accurate description. You're right about the above parts. They do appear to be from the 1920's. I knew about these snares, but not too much. I only really know a drum inside and out after I've owned one. I've been researching this snare and the parts that came with it and it all appears very consistent with Ludwig drums from the early part of the 20th Century. The pedal is a Ludwig JR. I don't have this yet, but it's on the way to me. I can post more photos what it arrives. Thanks

What you have there are some fine museum pieces my friend..

You have what can easily be described as some of the first pedals ever constructed, some cymbal holders, a snare stand..
