It's pictured on page 32 of Chet's Billy Gladstone book. It's a Gretsch drums ad showing Mr. Webb behind his Gretsch-Gladstone kit.

Very interesting. I could not make out what lugs they were. Love the black Chic on the floor tom. Wheels so he could roll the whole set. Very custom set up because of his size and back problem..
