1967 Ludwig Mod Orange 22-13-16 w/ Cases

From thebaskit

Hey, Not sure what that question is insinuating, any who , I'm offering this kit for sale and would like to keep it clean in here, serious inquiry only

I'm not insinuating anything, I just can't understand why they are so sought after. To me, just because something is rare, doesn't necessarily make it valuable.

Really, I hope you get your price, I just don't like the mod orange or psych red finish.

I think we're all just jealous. This kit would go good with that psychedelic looking piano McCartney plays.

Personally if the man can get 4 k for the kit more power to him. Maybe he knows something we don't! If he sells it for that amount of do, re, me, what does that do to the market? I for one hope he sells them for that $$$$$ lol

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

He may get that, if a person out there is specifically looking for that very kit, and has the cash. My gut tells me a realistic selling price would be more in the 2500 to 3000 range... I could be wrong.. I've been wrong in the past, and will cetainly be wrong again in the future!

Good luck on the sale!

My advice is to put them on ebay and let people bid away, who knows, you may get more.

Nice set. Especially like the rail consolette & single tom up. Most MO kits seem to be a Hollywood/BigBeat config.

Most of us would like to own a rare kit like this, & when we're ready to let it go, would like to get a bunch of dough for it. I hope it happens for you, & for everyone else when it's their turn. Good luck...marko

Marko - you don't say much around here, but when you do… it's always something worth paying attention to.
