My response is..Timewasters

Sellers response is..

"I'm sorry but my nephew is going to start lessons next year so I'm loaning the kit to him. If he doesn't continue they will be back on the market. As far as your other comment goes I think you should direct your question about how ebay works to ebay. I'm sure if they didn't want auctions to end before the due date they wouldn't have the option to end the listing early."

So had the bidding started? I have withdrawn the odd auction but only if nobody has bid. I think it's poor form, regardless of eBay's policies, to withdraw an auction where bids have been placed and the reserve has been met.

Yes Andrew,

It kicked off at 50 and was up to 152.50 with only about 3 days left to run, plus around 3 or 4 watchers.. who were waiting in the wings..

Annoying IMO..

Cheers

Sorry to hear that the secrets of this drumset can't be open at the moment.

I think it's not a Star made one: two dampers at a tom? Never seen at Star before.

The style of the damper mechanism (with the slot at the shell) also doesn't ring a Star's bell ...

Thanks Ralf,

I was thinking that the reso muffler was probably retro fitted as it seems to be different to the one on the batter head.

Maybe they'll show up again for sale.. my bet is that the snare will not be part of the kit next time ;)
