once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Done some great deals on here. I'm fairly choosy about who I do biz with, so that may factor into it. I love dealing with some of these guys. We've bought, sold, given, and got. Great bunch guys.

ditto. never had any problems with the exception of maybe someone forgot to send payment or they don't follow thru.overall its more than worth it here.

i think the thing with drum forums is even though we don't physically meet each other, we still interact for the love of drums and can get a feel for who's who. and the site i'm sure weeds out any bad apples.

so because of that its easier to trust in dealing in someone on a forum instead of someone you never heard of, met or even ebay. i know alot of my buyers don't like buying or selling on ebay anymore and they come to me or recommend me to someone if i'm looking for something. i also turn on alot of drummers to forums like this one.

I've had absolutely no "issues" to report either way -- buying or selling here. It's been a pleasure dealing with my fellow VDF-members.
