The badge with the 48 postal code is '62 and up. Leedy toms did not have badges from '61-mid '66 so either someone added the badge or the date stamp...

According to Dr CJ Wenk that particular badge was used '58-'61. No badges on toms from '61-mid '66 so that narrows this one to '58-'60. The mahogany...
