Default Yeah, I'm still alive...

Just deep in the midst of our remodel... getting wallpaper off the walls and pulling up linoleum is... well, no comment.

I have no drums made in this century, and I'm quite pleased about that...

Real linoleum? Actual linoleum? Man, I haven't seen any of that for a long, long time!

I hear yuh. I need to get started on the siding & windows on my house. At least that mess is on the outside!

Vibes: I'll tell ya what, by the end of the day I feel like it! Annnd... in all the stuff I've been doing in the house, I forgot to put chlorine in the pool so at the moment it kinda looks like it would be best for fish...

lucky: HA! A bro in misery... we can whine to one another! lol

JC: Yep, glad to hear it! I wish you were closer and I'd have gotten out of a ton of work! We asked for bids on a number of things that I don't know how to do (I told the wife, anyway). Out of the eight (yes 8) that came by to look, only two gave us bids... the rest? Who knows. lol

billnvick: Well, it's what passes for linoleum nowadays... where ever there was linoleum is getting changed to tile floors now. Oh whee...

jaghog: RUN! HIDE!

Mike Curotto: Buddy, I'll even trade cleaning up a set of Sunlite drums that have been in a swamp for a year over this. (Sunlite drums: just about the biggest waste of wood, plastic and metal I've ever seen...)

O-Lugs: Man you 'vets' need to teach me how to hide... she always finds me!

I wish it was just the kitchen. Whole house interior paint, quartz counter tops, whole house flooring (tile and carpet), four new kitchen cabinets, stove, fridge, blah blah blah... you get the idea.

Well, we're going to brunch for pop's day, then back at it... later folks.
