I hesitate to do this, but I have 20 14 12 shells, currently covered in carpet adhesive. It's gummy. I used it to adhere homemade silver sparkle wrap to the shells. If I take it off there I'm waiting until spring, if you take it off there the shells would be cheaper. The kick and rack were cracked and repaired [previous owner]. I'm in Canada so shipping could kill the whole deal. I have full set of casings, one side BD rods and claws, the rail mount, BD spur mounts and spurs, all chrome. No rods other than BD. No hoops.Pics show assembled kit before carpet adhesive. I'll post a pic of the shells now only if you're interested. This would be some work and like I say shipping will likely stink, but we'd be looking at around 100 Canadian dollars for the three shells, cleaned up, and that's only 75 American dollars right now, with hardware at $5.00 or less CDN per unit [rods and claws are individual units].......I dunno!Mitch
