Boys - that's a badge that was only used for 6 months in 1984. Right before Ludwig moved from Chicago to North Carolina, they used these 'Monroe' style badges that said 'Chicago' at the bottom. It's an anniversary badge and worth the $35. the guy is asking. It's just a hard to find badge because there weren't too many made/used in that 6 month period before the move.

Fair price for what it is... and for the guy who is looking for -that- specific badge to complete a 1984 drum.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Huh.....what do you know.....these forums....interesting reading at times, aye fellas!

In a related story,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/280947956979?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

sure that it will be corrected eventually.

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

still doesn't explain why this Amade guy has to post 27 INDIVIDUAL T Rods? And then 25 INDIVIDUAL claws???? Not to mention the 22 tom mounts????

Really is very annoying to have to go through 3 pages of these postings and then repostings of these items. Looks more like an attempt to brain wash rather than sell his items. Am I the only one that is frustated by this guys over posting??

Since John is knowledgeable in these matters I'll accept the value as being 35 dollars. However the sellers description of the condition being "good-some scratches" would be a lot more accurate as "poor- damaged during removal".

At best it looks like he used a flat shovel to remove it. At worst, a jackhammer!

Believe it or else!

after a while you just race past all their listings because you know what they're going to be and, frankly, life is too short... Lee County could list a wood Dyna with a $1 BIN and I'd miss it now.
