Vintage Hi Hat Stand ID Help - Slingerland?

Hi All!

I just acquired this vintage hi hat stand and trying to figure out the age and model to place a value on it for sale. I think it's Slingerland maybe? Looks close to the 804 or 835 in the Slingerland book. Anyone have any input?
