Tom mount on a virgin bass drum Last viewed: 25 seconds ago

That pedal strikes upward to make the left hand floor tom act as a second bass drum.

Many thanks! I'm guessing that the tom is attached to the pedal so it doesn't move when the beater strikes it?

Believe it or else!

The Rogers "cocktail" pedal attaches to a tom leg.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

The Ludwig ATLAS arch is amazing, it's what I use for my virgin 26" kicks. Well worth the 120 USD if it fits.

its a preference you make, i would not, but then again Gary, you do whats best for you as you should......

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

So, what was the decision, are you going to do it? Personally I think jaghog had the best response, and the Atlas mount sound like a good idea as well.

Thank you!

sorry been away a while, NO not doing it, I spent some time last night playing around with my mount/stands, turns out I made some progress by just removing the cymbal arms I mounted to the stands which was restricting my ability to place the toms in the ideal spot, funny how the obvious seems to be blind.............I think with more time I can adjust with the arms on as well.

Perfect! And the bass remains unmolested. Still, I personally wouldn't want to cart all that to a gig, but it's sure one pretty looking setup.

You'd have all kinds of room if you would sell me that 24'' kick drum!!:D
