Can someone explain how to load pics to this forum.Im new with my camera and obviously my know how is in the Toilet

One way to do it is click on the attatchments icon- the little paperclip on the right of the smiley face. click "browse" go into "my pictures" or wherever you store the images you download from your camera and select the pictures you want then press "upload". Hope that helps!

Not to forget: the size of the picture should be very, very small (approx. 50 kb only). So: make it that small BEFORE proceeding as Tada... explained!

The downsizing must be done by your own computer programmes.
