Guitar Center sells the Sound Percussion ones, which are EXACTLY the same.

I tap mine on with a small rubber mallet, then use a spring tension clamp (like you use to clip a triangle on a music stand) to let the round rubber tips "Flatten out" for about 48 hours or so. I place the clamp so it's half on the chrome leg, and half on the open end of the rubber tip.
