Snare wires for Dynasonic/Powertone Last viewed: 11 hours ago

I'm considering replacing the snare wires on my dynasonic and powertone snares(both 67)..would appreciate any recommendations(brand/size)

Puresound DYNASONIC wires. between aprx. 35 and 60 bucks depending on where you buy them.

Bentleys drums shop in Fresno CA has them for aprox. 39.95 + modest shipping.

For the powertone....... ahh, it might like some of the puresound wires for standard snare drums.... and it might not. I have one that did not. I also have one that does. Start with the generic 10 dollar Gibralter or Purecussion. 20 strand.

Another vote for the Puresound for the Dyna. $38 from Amazon.
