I know exactly what you are talking about. I have the exact same set which I got in 1979 and it is not the black and gold set. That was a different one. It IS black and copper and I was also told that there was only like a hundred of them made at the time. My kit is a 7 piece kit with a 22" bass and I think a 13", 14", 15" and 16" single headed concert toms on there own stands ( Two per stand ) on both sides of the bass drum then a 16" double headed floor tom. It came with a 14" X 6 1/2" deep snare that is completely copper. Even the strainer was copper platted but the original strainer has long since broke and been replaced. The others are correct in telling you that Yellow Jacket is the model of the hardware pedals and not the drums. I also cannot find any info on the drums though. :confused:
