The three point strainer isn't the original one it's a later model, Just a heads up.

I think it's still in the range I estimated. It may not be the factory original strainer, however there are no extra holes, it lines up properly also being a Slingerland strainer. Chances are that the original broke at some point during Slingerland being in operation and this was the replacement that was available. If Slingerland was closed when the original had broken I'd think a more generic strainer would have been fitted ( as we've seen too often )

Okay well 2 people have made pretty reasonable offers compared to the price range you've given one is offering 1000$ and the other is offering 1200$ does that seem pretty reasonable to you? I don't want to cheat anyone nor myself

Those are both very fair offers. I don't think you'd be cheating anyone. Your call in the end who you move the drum along to. But I can say anyone on here who has made an offer will give the drum a good home and knows what they are making an offer for.

Can you post a pic of the tone flange (brass ring) and is it on the drum? Any splits or cracks in the pearl wrap.... body or edges?
