Rogers Big R. What are these?

This is a big R set for sale in my area. Has big R badges. Just can't see them in the pic I posted. Floor Tom leg mounts and bass drum spurs look funny to me. The snare has a big R badge. Tom mount on the bass drum is a little different than the one on my Londoners. These must be post XP's.

Most likely Island Music post-USA built drums. The easy way to know which is which is the spurs and f.t leg mounts, which are never Memri-Lok. A little sturdier than most Luan drums of the period.

Ok, I was leaning that way but I did not think those had the big R badges. And the Mounts on the toms look correct. Must have been using up old Rogers stock ?

I don't believe the Island Music mounts are identical to Memri-Lok mounts. They are copies, but not identical-

If I remember right the badges on those early post-CBS Rogers looked a lot like the original "Big R" ones except they didn't say "USA" on them.

brass looks interesting...

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
