Bottom hoop - 14" 10 lug
Snare strainer - vertical holes 1 1/2" center to center
Snare butt - vertical holes approx. 1 1/8" center to center
Tension lugs - 1 3/8" from shoulder

14" 10-lug bottom hoop
Snare strainer with 1.5" vertical hole spacing (center to center)
Snare butt with ~1.125" vertical hole spacing
Tension lugs with 1.375" shoulder spacing
Try checking eBay, Reverb, or forums like vintagedrumforum.com—these parts often show up from parted-out snares.
