Name that cymbal L-arm brand!

Loading...

I've got a cymbal L-arm here and can't figure out what brand it is. It has been permanently set at a certain height. I thought it was screwed in but may have been welded. Anyway, the "L" is 3/8" wide. Any guesses? I'm thinking it may be vintage Japanese, perhaps Yamaha but not sure. I have two of them and I have heard early Slingerland to MIJ. The Rogers and Camco are new to me. All we really know is they aren't Ludwig or Gretsch. Wouldn't MIJ be metric threads? Pounder, have you checked the threads? That maybe a clue.

My WMP is for sale, if you know anyone looking for some beaters...and I am even letting the cymbal L arm go with, and it IS MIJ for sure.
