Has anybody seen lugs like this before? It's a snare on ebay advertised as Leedy, the rim says Leedy Elkhart, Ind. I can't find anything that looks like this in the Vintage Drum Guide.

Yes. I have an old Leedy marching drum with similar lugs. They are bent steel -not die cast. -very durable, but not very stylish in most people's eyes.
