Concert Tom site ready to see!

Loading...

It's going to be a work in progress for a little while, but there's enough content now to officially announce it:

www.bermudaschwartz.com/concerttoms

Enjoy!

I'm still seeking scans and photos. I'm keeping downloads fairly tidy, and large, hi-res submissions will be reduced accordingly. So 72dpi and maybe 800px wide is sufficient.

And if you have any additional information or a correction to something I've written, please let me know.

Thanks!

Awesome site Bermuda,

Looking at those kits brings back memories. My first real kit was a late 70's Mohave Red Rogers double bass with four up top and two on the bottom, all concert. Man I wish I could find that kit. Had a lot of great times jammin on it. I never had a problem competing with the volume of the amps in the band. Those drums were loud!

I look forward to your next installment.

Great job! I saw some of those kits in action back in the day.

I JUST missed the boat on a Tama Imperialstar concert tom kit that was being sold locally. Metallic silver, and in great shape, including the original Kingbeat snare drum. 12/13/14/15, 16" FT, 22" kick. KILLER!!! Back in the late-70's, that was a typical Tama kit seen inmany studios here in NY. I cut a lot of demos and jingles on kits like that.

Guess I'll have to keep looking, or build them myself.
