Better than Easter Yeggs..

Loading...

I did not get any Easter eggs or Chocolates today but I did get these.

I believe to be a Swingtime No. 1817.

All HOLIDAY labels.

14x20 8x12 16x16 5x14

Any insight onto the year would be appreciated but I believe to be 1962?

I'll post some pics of the labels. Colors are very strong & I would say really no fade. I just got home an hour ago so light was fading. VERY excited to play these out. My first vintage Rogers kit!!

What a find! Don't get any ideas, but they look to be museum quality.

The labels & SN

TOM-24039

FT-19685

BD-21144

SNARE-15301

All flat kind of light gray painted interiors on all the drums.

I'm a Ludwig guy so for my fist Rogers kit how did I do?

The drums really are beautiful!

Do all of the reinforcing rings match in size? They look like Jasper shells. So 61 more likely. There are those who know this period much better than I do.
