Just picked this up on eBAY, should be fun getting it back into period correct configuration! 20/14/12

Looks good except for the tom mount and BD legs. Great sizes and wood is in very nice condition. Is that a Premier mount? I may leave it as is since it looks to be strong and functional - and that era Gretsch mount wasn't anything to brag about. I haven't been watching ebay for a while - what did this go for these days?

The tom mount is Yamaha. Oddly enough I have most of the missing parts for the original #4937 Dual Purpose Holder and tom mount. The seller is including all the original T-rods as well as the original BD spurs. I'll be curious to see what kind of and how many extra holes I'll be dealing with. The BIN price was $850.

Oh man that's nice. I missed that. Got a 18 in walnut around the Same year that I've been trying to put together. If you ever want to sell that let me know.

Those look really nice ! Solid Kit ! I am curious, looks you have the same base tom mount but now it is a single tom holder that fits the mount on the tom. It looks good. Did the spur mounts fit the holes ok ? Or were there extra holes ? The drums are Beautiful.

It's the same BD tom mount, I'm just using the single arm. The modern spur mounts left 4 holes each but they are now at the back of the BD because the previous owner turned the BD around to mount them. That actually worked out well because the original spur holes are unmolested.

I've not seen a walnut stain this dark before. Depending on the light intensity it looks like egg plant purple, dark roast coffee brown or black!
