I had a Orange AMC Gremlin that was done up in Levi's material.I got it used and abused, but the the levis held up better than the car.It had a straight 6 with a 4 speed trans. It hauled a**............mine..V

Jeep (which was owned by AMC at the time) offered a Levis Edition, with the rivets on the seats, which of course got hotter than h*** in the summer :D

I remember seeing the Slingerland set in a store somewhere & at the time I thought it was silly.

Yep,,,, "Pretty-Ugly", indeed... only made for a year, a dismal failure market-wise, but I love mine.Clapping Happy2

As I was reading this thread, I thought about the Aztec wrap S-land

offered back in the 70's. I think there were 4 colors of the Aztecs.

Concerning denim, do you guys remember that American Motors offered

denim interiors for the Gremlin and other models??

I don't remember it at the time, but I'm a fan of (AMC) Jeep CJs and know they had a Levis Edition Jeep in the 70s with a Levis sticker on the side. The seats had a jean texture although the material was vinyl.
