What year is this Ludwig kit? Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Looks non-original bass hoops too.. Pretty nice presentation on a concert-tom set, though. I like the Steel plate front on the bass head. I think around late 70s-ish.. The rounded B/O badges were out by '83 or so..

Two examples above 1) Tool marks and damage try`n to remove/replace a badge gromet !! 2) Why you should never use steel wool on chrome !!

If you are referring to my post of the keystone badge photo above:

The drum was re-wrapped poorly in black before I got it, and they didn't do a great job putting the badge back in place either. So that's black wrap not chrome you are looking at (strange as it may seem) and those are use scratches from a gigging drum not steel wool on chrome.

Don't worry, it was priced accordingly. The Band

Wow, coulda fooled me,..in fact it did fool me !!

The gromet looks to have been too big and made to fit poorly.

The scratches above the badge go in circles, so it appears like scrubbing !!

There is good intel on this site to replace the gromet correctly !! People think .."fake" when they see work like that !!

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!
