Those drums are gorgeous - love that green pearl finish.
They do look the same, except mine is missing the arm on the strainer and yours is cleaner. I have never seen bass drum claws like this before. Maybe this is a clue.
The bass drum claws and Ts look like Ludwig to me. I'm no expert but they look the same as what's on my 1920s Ludwig bass drum

I don't have a photo of the inside right now but from memory it looks different. Here's a pic of the T and Claw though

Here's a quick photo of a Leedy claw and t-rod. Most of the Elkhart made Leedy, Ludwig & Ludwig and Leedy & Ludwig bass drums used these.
Oh, and these are really lovely drums. Congrats on this find!
