Yes it would be the same cymbal mount but the hole spacing might not look the same. Anyway the easy way to tell is try mounting the cymbal mount on the other side and see if everything fits alright.

I have a 59 transition badge in red sparkle with the exact same mounts. They're proper.

I had a late fifties WFL kit that had the same cymbal set up. Interestingly enough, it did not have tom hardware on the bass drum.
