Pearl Drum Set Covered In White Leather Last viewed: 16 hours ago

Loading...

Sorry I've not been around much lately. But, I've found this thread and even though late I thought I'd chime in...

This is a "Jazz Rock Pro" set out of the 1975 Pearl (American market) catalog. Everything I've read and seen about this kit in this thread matches the information. Including the 9-ply wood (only) shells, the telescoping spurs and the tom mount. Notice also the number of lugs on the bass drum.

Yes, as someone mentioned earlier, this "white leatherette" finish was only available in this catalog.

For a link to the specific catalog page (from our sister-site), see:

Unfortunately, these babies don't resell real well, so the $275 someone mentioned is probably about it (unless you can find a buyer looking for one because he had one just like it as a kid!).

Just my :2Cents: here...

Bill, those spurs are the "Stubbie" variety... all else looks the same.

Cheers

Ahhh... you are right! More anomalies!

I dug out my 75 and 78 catalogs to more closely compare things. I don't find the longer telescoping spurs in either... nor in any of the catalog pages available on the sister site...

Oh well...
