It's has a radio king engraved hoop most likely from an RK tom drum. A Radio King snare drum would typically have 8 lugs and 1 ply maple shell. That drum has a mahogany inner ply and is most likely a 3 ply shell. So, I will say it's not a Radio King snare.

Mine was a single ply mahogany steam bent shell as well...& 6lugs..

With the same muffler, hoops, etc.

It was called a student model...look it up...!

I have an 8 lug student model Radio King. But mine is a 14". Same mahogany shell though.

18 Kits & 40+ snares..

Looks like a Radio King to me. It's just been altered quite a lot. They made a lot of those 13" snares and some were solid maple.
