Beautiful kit!
When you look inside the bass - are there extra holes near the tom mount system, suggesting the holder has been moved?
And - is there the same metal plate on the inside as well?
If not, you should perhaps consider making one, at that will support the shell as intended...
The wrap IS one piece on the top, right?
Not patched as someone suggested a couple of postings back?
