Up for sale is a really fine 1972 Gretsch Walnut lacquer kit. All original with the exception of the bass drum hoops and Slingerland tom brackets and tom arm and Pearl floor tom suspension feet. This was a common retrofit and it came from the dealer like this. The kit was purchased from the original only owner. Really gorgeous walnut lacquer finish. Some serious Birdseye veneer on the floor tom. Tom mufflers will be included with the sale. They have been removed for now.The Chrome is in excellent shape, die cast hoops are really nice. Shells are sound and edges are very nice. Heads fit and spin easily on these shells. There are some very minor dings but nothing that can be seen from more than a foot or two away.
