Looking at the close up, they can`t have Champion lugs, those are only small logo. They have 80`s Phonic lug castings with no Snap-Loc feature.

What I think you have there is late 80`s. The tom mounts, the BD mount and the interior finsh tell me SONOR International series. They were a low end...
