This is another Ludwig but it also says WFL Drums on the emblem. Drum is super beat up and has some engraving on the top ring. No snare wires.

Chrome Dyna-Sonic Rogers snare. It has a round adjustable arm on the inside of snare which is touching the underside of the head, I've never seen that...
