A one know about these 4 vintage snares? Last viewed: 2 hours ago

I have these (actually 5 not 4) vintage snares that I can't find too much info on. Can anyone help me identify and figure out how much each one is worth? Thank you guys!! I'll post pictures of each snare in a separate comment on this thread so there's no confusion.

Chrome Dyna-Sonic Rogers snare. It has a round adjustable arm on the inside of snare which is touching the underside of the head, I've never seen that before.

I've never heard of Matador before. I actually have two of these but one has no emblem. They look pretty simple so I was thinking they are pretty old. No bottom head.

This is another Ludwig but it also says WFL Drums on the emblem. Drum is super beat up and has some engraving on the top ring. No snare wires.

1st red drum....

Really cool 53 parade drum, popular color don`t matter, yours is in beautiful shape and still has the key. Look on e-bay for finished deals and get an idea for your value. Yours should be on the top dollar side because of condition.

Sorry wrong link.

The second gold one looks to be 55 Super Classic parade drum because of the little lugs, but I`m not really sure about that, it`s in the 55 catalog. You`ll find that cat in the first link about the red one.

The Rogers looks brass and I think it`s a Powertone because it lacks the parallel strainer.

The arm inside is an internal muffler. Where`s ploughman , he`ll know exactly what you got and so will Tommy P and some others, be patient,, they`ll see it.

The Chrome Rogers is a 1970 Dynasonic snare...

It's Chrome on brass shell...best snare there...

However it's missing a Ladder bridge that goes underneath where the wires are..

The thing inside touching the skin is called an internal muffler..it dampens the sound.

If it was complete...easiest worth $400/.

Without,...$275.

The other snare they made that is similar, is called a Powertone...

However it's omitting the ladder frame mentioned above...
