Name that tom post brand!

Hi, I have had this laying around for several years, probably, and probably would have gotten rid of it long ago either by selling it or whatever, if I KNEW WHAT BRAND IT WAS!

I'm guessing earlier Yamaha, because the ball mount design is similar, but then I look at the wing screws and it doesn't really look like Yamaha in the details. Perhaps it was made in England, North brand, maybe? I'll leave it to the experts:

The wing screws are tama. and the tom mount is yamaha type. that style was used on a few different kit's and as a cheap after market replacment parts
