Those look like Kent parts.

Agreed. I've got a Musketeer snare made by Kent with that exact butt plate. The strainer's different, but I see some mechanical similarities.

Well, I think the strainer looks like a Floyd. That middle tension rod should be named Cletus. The butt plate: I think looks like a Sam...
