I found those Chrystalite Wooding for sale.

Anything to have? Anyone know more about them? What is resonable value to pay?

Those are nice! Wooding was an English company I believe, and those would be rather rare as a Crystalite kit. Very rare indeed. Wooding was not a major player for more than a few years. You might try to contact member Mike Ellis, he is the European go-to guy, especially on British gear. See this thread: http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=3493

Without readin it, I remember somewhere there was a thread discussing Wooding and the company it was attached to.

Those are pretty cool-looking. Never heard of them, but look forward to seeing responses and info. Good luck.

Did they originally come with that texture or is it spider cracked? That's a nice looking kit.

Originally they came with that texture. I know a guy over here who has a full set of those in the same color. great sounding kit and it looks amizing when you see it "live"!

I think Wooding drums are Italian... my memory is a little faded though.
