Have you seen the Star brand one in their 1967 catalog? Now I would be down for that. I wonder, why is the shipping so steep?

They are Star. Those "lugs" were used on the very lowest priced sets of stencils and I have seen them on Drum Mate lines as well. For 123.00, I can road trip to Jackson....
