2010 Chicago Drum Show Sticky

Gang, first of all I want to invite everyone out on Sunday morning 9am 5/16 at Bosa Donut shop location is 2563 north ave (64) also known as Main st. Its 3 minutes from the entrance to the drum show. Come on out and talk drums, have some coffee and one of the best donuts in the country /share your knowledge, also, if you are coming in early like friday, come on out Friday night at 10pm to the Elbow Room 2871 N lincoln ave chicago. My band (Ovrevolt) is playing live...its going to be a fun weekend, you can listen to our music hear, Hope to see you all, its going to be a drummers weekend!!!!

Hey Guys, I'm really hoping that someone responds to my request. If you can;'t come out friday night, sunday should be a no brainer, this donut shop happens to be the best one in the country, (no kidding) for those who can stop by I'M BUYING THE DONUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of you might or might not know, We will be having a Slingerland Photography Display at the show. It is in the clinic side on the back wall. Rob Cook set aside 3 tables for the display.

This section is for any topics about the show and anyone planning or needing help with transportation, getting together or just general support.

Slingerland, I'll take you up on that offer for sure. I'm hoping a bunch of us drummers can get together and just hang out. I'll be there both days (sat,sun).

Great, lets talk more as the date gets closer, David and Tommy, if you guys need a Slingerland for show and display, I'll offer mine if you need, I live 15 minutes from the show. as you know I have white marine pearl, 24" bass/

12/13" concert toms, and 113/14/16/18 reg toms, bought new at niles plant in 69.let me know Gary

Hey thanks for the offer. We need to be selective on the drums of choice because it will tie in with the display and the overall presentation.

I can't spill the beans on what is happening, but it will be a unique once in a lifetime display.

Fortunately The Drum Experts is footing most of the expense because it is not cheap or easy to make a presentation like you will see at the show.

I have been going to the show for many years and always going as an unknown person.

This is the first year, VDF and VDG are showing anything, so stop by and say hi.

I will have a Slingerland shirt on :)

I was also hoping maybe some of you could come out to my show at the Elbo Room Friday night, you can witness the oldest drummer on the forum live in action LOL!!!
