Slingerland Snare? Last viewed: 6 hours ago

Can anyone of you gentleman tell me what kind of snare this is. I have researched that site and believe this is a 'Artist Model". Is that correct?

Also, I will be in need of all missing hardware if anyone has some for sale/trade.

Looks like holes for a zoomatic strainer, I'd agree with you that it is an Artist model.

Looks like '67 by the serial number, and only the Sound King and Artist have the Zoomy that year....... must be an Artist.

Love the fade on that wrap too !!!

The Zoomamatic may be hard to find for less than $90 or so, and COB rims may be the correct ones as opposed to COS, I can't remember when the change over was. The rest of the parts are easy enough.

That will be a honey when you get her dialed in, man !

Can't wait to see the "after" pics !!

Sorry guys, she is an 8 lug. I have some hoops and they are pretty grungy. I will try to get a pic tomorrow. They don't appear to corroded...but I could be wrong. What's the best product for hoop cleaning and polishing. Usually i just use some Simple Green and a good cloth. Any ideas?

So you guys think that lugs, Zoom-o-matic, Butt-plate and muffler should be pretty easy to come by?

Thank You,

In the Drum Guide ... top right of this page

Click on Partner Sites and select from the drop down.

There's a lot of info around here if you poke around a little.

Yes Sir
