These are not mine, but they are on Austin cl, I thought I'd pass this along because I know there are a few guys here interested in one of these kits. It comes with everything pictured, they're asking $450, but I'm sure the price can be negotiated.

Did you notice the floor tom is upside down?

Right. Sounds like a musician who plays around the Jersey Shore, "Shorty" Long. That set also suffers from "drooping rack tom" syndrome. I see that all the time on craigslist ads. It's usually parents taking the pictures of a neglected drumset they bought for their kid who has lost interest when he or she realized how hard drumming actually is. band3
Yeah, it's a similar clue when the spurs are located at the back of the bass drum and haven't been drawn out to keep it from tipping over.
I call those FAKE ROGERS! Brooks-Mays gave Rogers a bad name to the uneducated consumers.

I beg to differ, these are actually high quality drums. I had a few of these and not only are the beavertail lugs exactly like the original Rogers, the drums sound great. If I had an extra $300, I'd make them an offer. You must be thinking of the Yamaha Rogers, those are indeed junk.
I know this post is old, but I can attest to the fact that the maple kits made by Brook Mays are very nice sounding drums and the lugs look very much like the originals.
