Hi Michael ,

Thanks buddy, we did do a decent show for our first time

playing together as a band.. Next Sunday is the London, Ontario

Beatles Festival.. Won't be using my kit, but there will be a DW Performance Series

3 piece kit there, with some nice sizes, 12-16-20. I chose the DW over a

Yamaha Maple Hybrid and some other kit i can't remember, both of which were an

unnecessary 2 up and 2 down.. Should be a fun gig though !

Cheers buddy !

Hi Dan -- Thanks for cleaning that up for me ! LoLoLoLo. I tried rotating the pic one more time clockwise while editing the pic but it didn't work. I'm usually computer savvy when it comes to these small details, but i guess i missed it this time ! :pCheers,Rob

I'm not very computer savvy. I just saved it, rotated it, saved it again and then uploaded it. It worked. I leave it to mystery. LoLoLoLo

I note you have a second snare that is an Acrolite. What is your purpose in using that model snare drum?

Hi Mark--No we didn't , but we did play songs from that show, and of courseBeatles tunes that Paul sang. We're basically doing the type of showPaul has been doing for the past 15 years or so..Certain songs will always be omitted or played, depending on the gig, the size of venue, etc..This is entirely up to the singer who plays Paul, but he always asks for our input with song selection. He has zero ego, is a very calm and outgoing individual, and 100% professional in all aspects, something thatmakes me very happy !Yes Sir.. Cheers.Rob

He is playing that bass backwards. Paul is a lefty.... LoLoLoLo

Congrats. I just saw Sir Paul in July and he was incredible.....

Good thing he's playing righty or he'd be obstructing our view of those drums. Yes Sir

latzanimal--LoLoLoLo Yeah, he's been getting teased about that by some of his buddies,

but not by us. He gets annoyed about it, but all in good fun:p..

Cheers,

Rob

Hi Dan--

I initially had it as a secondary snare drum for some of the Beatles and Wings songs

that have that dry, fat snare drum sound, and also as a back-up..It was my first big gig in a while,

and i wanted to make sure i covered all avenues for back-up..I didn't use it, but i was much

more relaxed having it there next to me just in case Yes Sir

Cheers,

Rob

Very cool stage set up! Your band must be extremely awesome to land that big of a gig. How many people were there? Love the kit too. Wish we could see a video, hint hint.

Thank you!
