Yep, early 60s COB Supra? I have a 68 (Ludalloy or whatever it's called) and it has the same hardware, but only two holes for the tone control. And lots of flaking...

I thought maybe COB too but am not sure. The bearing flange on the bottom looks like it rolls back towards the shell like a COB but the one on the top of the picture looks like it doesn't. They'd be the same so the picture is deceiving the eye but I'm not sure in which direction. I don't see any evidence of crimped beds either (like a COB would have) but the head and rim can hide that too.

Any keystone badged Supra in that sort of condition is easily worth $100 though (even with an extra hole)...total no brainer...and if it's COB......quite a snag. Even if the shell were aluminum the hoops should be COB on any pre-serial drum (assuming they are original) and they'd likely be worth the hundred (or a good chunk thereof) by themselves.

I will try and pic it up today. I appreciate you experts on here. Comes w a soft case too. Sounds like it will be a deal. Hope it's still there. It was light (well light compared to what I think it should weigh)

Does it have dented in snare beds? What is the shape of the bearing edge flange inside the drum? Can you see a seam running from the bottom to the top of the shell anywhere inside?
