Leedy floor tom Last viewed: 47 seconds ago

Hello everyone!

This is my first time posting, so I hope I am doing this in the right place.

I have a Leedy floor tom that I don't know much about.. Based on the badge identification guide on this site, it seems to be from 1949-1950.

I am considering selling, but I don't know very much about the drum. This is my first vintage drum, so I am not really sure what condition this would be considered, and what would me a minor issue vs. a major issue for a drum of this age. I am hoping to find out anything I can about this drum!

Thank you!!

According to the stamp, it is from June, 1948. Beautiful drum you have there!

The floor tom legs aren't original to the drum, But $400.00 is a good price for it. The floor toms are very hard to come by.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

Not original? Why do you say that?

Shouldn't they be straight legs?

Ah....sorry. I thought you meant the brackets, which are original. Sorry I missed that.
